Alpha Baking 32 oz. marble rye swirl 3/4" sliced bread is a hearty, attractive, and bold sandwich carrier. With a traditional, tangy rye and caraway taste this bread is key to several classic sandwiches such as Reubens, pastrami, corned beef and deli sandwiches. Conveniently comes frozen to ensure bread that taste fresh out of the oven; simply thaw and serve.

Ingredients: Unbleached Enriched Flour (wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Rye Flour, Contains 2% Or Less Of The Following: Salt, Spices, Sugar, Acetic Acid, Lactic Acid, Natural Flavor, Brown Sugar, Soybean Oil, Yeast, Caramel Color, Caraway Seeds, Wheat Gluten, Ascorbic Acid, Enzymes, Calcium Propionate (preservative).

Storage: Product ships to the customer frozen. Product is fully baked. Thaw and Server or Prep. User may elect to heat and serve if appropriate for the serving application. STORAGE and HANDLING. Limited freezer space, no problem! Product may be held at room temperature upon delivery and will remain usable for 5-7 days when stored properly. Shelf Life 5-7 days after thaw or 365 days frozen from manufacturer date. End user may store at room temperature if used in 7 days. Store away from sunlight and heat exhaust vents. DO NOT refrigerate, as this will accelerate the staling process. If elected and to extend life of product, user may place in frozen inventory upon delivery. Allow next day usage to thaw at room temperature overnight or uncased for 4 hours. Avoid refreezing, as this tends to stress the product.
