WFS are not able to accept cancellations or returns on any items at this time and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Refusal of delivery does not commence a return of your order. You will still be liable for the cost of the product.

Special Order items are non-returnable.

We ship to all 48 contiguous states and Washington DC. We ship to Hawaii and Alaska via FedEx 2-Day service only.

We can deliver to any physical address, either residential or commercial. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.

When your order is ready to ship you will receive an email with tracking information and another once delivered. 

Temperature controlled items such as refrigerated or frozen are packed with enough dry ice to keep your product at the right temperature until you receive it. Immediately upon receiving your delivery please place in refrigerator or freezer. Note dry ice dissipates during shipping products can shift around.

 

Product Lead Time and ETA:

Stocked items typically ship between 1 and 3 business days from the time your order is placed.

Specialty items typically ship within 7 business days from the time your order is placed.

Special Order items typically take 2-3 weeks before they are available to ship and our customer service team with provide you of this ETA when order is placed.

Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST will be processed on the same business day.

Orders placed after 5:00 pm EST will be processed the next business day.

Orders placed anytime outside of the webfoodstore.com workweek will be processed on the next business day.

We ship from 14 distribution centers Nationally, Illinois being the primary facility. Transits times vary however are typically between 1-4 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is ready to ship. Please know times listed are estimated and subject to change due to availability and Holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated by dimensional weight, the weight of the package and dimensions. Shipping will be displayed in your shopping cart before you confirm the order.

WFS is registered in and conducts business within the state of Florida and Georgia, and therefore ALL orders billed or shipped within the state of Florida and Georgia are subject to sales tax.

Customers bear the responsibility of reporting purchases that are shipped across state lines and to pay the state and any applicable local sales taxes as per their local laws and regulations.

Tax Exemption:

Organizations with current and valid sales tax exemptions may request an exemption for sales tax collection by speaking with customer service and providing a copy of required documentation.

WFS does not make the tax law, or set the sales tax collection requirements of our suppliers. Sales tax for shipments within the state of Florida and Georgia should show sales tax on the automatically generated Invoice.

We also accept company/personal checks, ACH, and wire transfers

NOTE: There is a 5-7 business day leeway to clear the funds before your order is placed with the manufacturer. 

 

Transactions:

Once an order is placed, an order number is issued as a confirmation and is automatically emailed once the order has been submitted.

If there are any discrepancies in product availability, production time, updated manufacturer pricing, or shipping costs, we will email you for approval.

Once our purchasing team has confirmed the details for your order, your account will be charged through a secure, automated system.

 

Product Lead Time and ETA:

An item that is in-stock at a manufacturer's facility in the USA will generally be shipped within 48 to 72 hours from the date you place your order.

Unless indicated as in stock, most items are not available for immediate shipping and may have a lead time prior to shipping to you.

 

Tracking and Shipment Info:

Our communication for tracking information will be sent to you via email. Please check your junk or spam mail prior to contacting us for missing tracking information. 

This information will be processed and sent to you within 1 business day of receipt from the manufacturer, based on the webfoodstore.com workweek.

Depending on the manufacturer's shipping process, we may not receive tracking information prior to, upon, or during transit.

We utilize the FedEx and UPS shipment monitoring systems.

If we have your valid email address you should receive an email notification from UPS letting you know when they picked up the package, including if there are any exceptions to a normal delivery along the way, and a confirmation email when your package has been delivered.
