It's real milk that's been gently heated to remove about half the water, resulting in a concentrated milk that's richer and creamier than whole milk. Nestle Carnation Evaporated Milk adds creaminess, flavor, moisture and sweet richness to candies and desserts; adds depth of flavor to savory dishes; helps blend soups and sauces; and provides thickening and smoothness in sauces, custards and puddings. Store the product in a cool, dry place for up to 360 days. When ready to use, simply open the can. Remaining product may be stored covered and refrigerated for 1ﾖ2 days. Packed in an easy-to-stack, shelf-stable can.
