Our bagels are hand-made from the unbleached naturally pure flour and generously coated with favorable toppings in a full range of varieties. They are boiled and baked to perfection under our expert supervision to assure the supreme quality. Davidovich Bakery does not use any preservatives and dough conditioners!
Ingredient Statement: Asiago Cheese (Parve) Bagel: Unbleached Unbromated Flour (Wheat Flour Enriched and Malted Barley Flour), Water, Brown Cane Sugar, Molasses, Malt, Salt, Poppy Seeds, Yeast. PARVE ASIAGO: Filtered water, tapioca and/or arrowroot flours, non-GMO expeller pressed canola and/or non-GMO expeller pressed safflower oil, coconut oil, pea protein, salt, inactive yeast, vegan natural flavors, vegetable glycerine, xanthan gum, citric acid (for flavor), annatto, titanium dioxide (a naturally occurring mineral).

Storage Instructions: Bagels that are frozen should be kept in a freezer set at (-5) degrees below zero or colder, and agels may be stored for up to six (6) months.
