Description
Melted bittersweet Ghirardelli Chocolate is foled into rich chocolate cheesecake batter, studded with Ghirardelli dark chocolate chunks and topped with a bed of chocolate ganache. It's drizzled with more ganache and dusted with Ghirardelli Cocoa, and baked on a chocolate cookie crust.
